Well done to Kyle who won two medals at the weekend. He came 2nd in the Patterns Competition and 3rd in the Sparring competition.

Well done to Kyle who participated in a Taekwondo competition in Galway on Sunday. Kyle came 1st in the ‘sparring’ competition.

Well done to the girls who played in the Cumann na mBunscol East Limerick 9 a side Girls Football. The girls played Caherline and Donoughmore in the first two games which secured them a place in the semi-final against Ahane. The girls played their best but were beaten in the end.

The team were Bianka McInerney, Caelyn Walsh O Toole, Rachel McCormack, Sarah Finch, Pearl Crowe, Lucy Daly, Madison Keogh, Abbie Quirke, Hailee Guerin, Pearli Martin, Ava Shortt and Aislinn Keane.

Well done to all the boys who played for the school in the Cumann na mBunscol East Limerick 13 a -side blitz in Doon on Tuesday. The boys played with great heart, courage, fight and showed great skill. They were very unlucky to lose to Ahane in the first match. In the next two matches the boys had great wins against Caherline and Donoughmore. In the last match we lost to a strong Castleconnell team. Everybody in the school is very proud of you boys and well done on your efforts. The following are the boys who took part in the blitz. Boys and girls from First Class to Sixth Class each received a packet of Match Attax stickers for the 22/23 soccer season. They were delighted with their packet.
