Scoil Mhuire operates under the patronage of the diocese of Cashel & Emly. The Board of Management comprises of:

• 2 Patron’s representatives, one of whom serves as the Chairperson
• The School Principal
• 2 parent nominees
• 1 teacher nominee
• 2 community nominees

The current board came into effect on 1st December2024 and will remain in office until the 30th November 2027.
