Second Class preparing for St Patrick’s Day!
Children in Junior Infants had a great time celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge & St. Patrick’s Day. They all wore green and made badges in class. They paraded around the running track while singing Lá Fhéile Phádraig and waving flags. The boys and girls also enjoyed dancing to the Hokey Pokey as Gaeilge.
The boys and girls in Senior Infants and First Class enjoyed a St. Patrick’s Day Parade on our School Running Track. The boys and girls were dressed in green and each had a flag they made in class this week. The boys and girls enjoyed their parade!
We designed and constructed amazing light up circuit cards. We created a basic circuit using LED’s, coin battery and conductive copper tape. The class really enjoyed mixing art and technology!
Children in Senior Infants and First Class worked with clay today. Children made lots of different things with their clay. The boys and girls really enjoyed working with clay.
Second Class really enjoyed their fundamental skills sessions with Peter Nash.
