Today, we started a Book Club in Fifth Class. This club will meet once a week to read and discuss books the children are reading at home. Today was a very positive and enjoyable session. Well done to the boys and girls taking part.
The boys and girls in 4th and 5th class participated in a rugby blitz organised by Newport Rugby Club and Newport Secondary College. Each pupil played four games and received a medal and goody bag. It was a very enjoyable day.

Well done to Kyle who won two medals at the weekend. He came 2nd in the Patterns Competition and 3rd in the Sparring competition.
