Senior Infants had a fun day testing out the new Goal Posts. We are very excited.

Well done to the student council and the support of the Parents’ association, who organised a sponsored walk to raise funds for the school goal posts.

A huge well done to our creative inventors in 6th class for their incredible participation in this year’s Easter Bonnet Parade! Under the expert guidance of Muinteoir Siobhan, the students showcased their ingenuity and artistic flair through a variety of imaginative bonnets.

The parade featured a delightful array of designs, including bonnets inspired by country chickens, popular movies, sporting events, and the creative use of materials. This project not only highlighted the students’ creativity but also served as a fantastic STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) initiative, encouraging them to think outside the box and apply their skills in new and exciting ways. We are immensely proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our 6th class students and Muinteoir Siobhan. Their efforts have brought joy and inspiration to our school community. Congratulations to all involved!

Over the past few weeks, our dedicated Student Council, alongside Muinteoir Karen, have been hard at work planting a variety of summer plants around our school grounds. This initiative not only beautifies our environment but also fosters a sense of community and responsibility among our students.

From vibrant flowers to lush greenery, the efforts of our Student Council are transforming our school into a blooming oasis.
